I am hiring an Assistant Casino Manager to support the Casino Manager in overseeing daily casino operations on board. Responsibilities Maintain a visible presence on the casino floor to oversee games, staff, and guest interactions. Monitor financial operations, staffing levels, and inventory control. Address guest concerns professionally and ensure service excellence. Assist with team training, performance monitoring, and scheduling. Promote player engagement and Club Royale enrolment. Requirements 1–2 years of progressive casino supervisory experience (preferably in cruise lines, resorts, or hotels). Previous internal experience as a Senior Casino Supervisor with high performance ratings. Completion of a Gaming Board-approved dealer school. Strong leadership, customer service, and financial management skills. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred. Fluent English; additional languages (Spanish, French, German) preferred. Physically able to meet shipboard safety and emergency requirements.
