Reporting to the Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing assigned areas, public spaces, crew areas and pool areas day and night. Responsibilities Supervise and schedule cleaning teams across assigned areas Conduct daily inspections and lead pre-shift meetings Handle guest concerns with professionalism and empathy Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards Support performance reviews, training, and timecard audits Manage inventories, sanitation logs, requisitions, and cost control Participate in onboard meetings and training Oversee luggage operations on embarkation/disembarkation days Requirements Experience in luxury hospitality (hotel/resort); cruise experience a plus Professional, confident, and guest-focused Fluent English (spoken and written); French, German, or Spanish a bonus
