This is a rotational role, working two weeks on and one week off in an on-call capacity.Key Responsibilities: Safely transport passengers to and from vessels.Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are strictly followed.Conduct pre-trip inspections of the boat and equipment.Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with passengers.Keep accurate logs of trips.Qualifications:Valid U.S. Coast Guard Captain’s License.Proven experience as a boat captain.Knowledge of local waterways, weather patterns, and safety standards.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to work a rotational schedule (2 weeks on, 1 week off).Benefits:Rotational schedule for work-life balanceHealth, dental, vision, and life insurance after 90 daysReferral programIf you are a skilled mariner, we encourage you to apply!
