Job Description
Responsibilities:
The MSRC Responder specializes in all phases of oil spill response equipment operation, preventive maintenance, deployment, retrieval, cleaning, and storage. Position requirements include maintaining a readiness position in accordance with MSRC¹s policies, and must be available to travel. Basic seamanship skills including line handling, rigging and small boat operations including anchoring and mooring are essential. Additional desired skills include: experience in responding to emergencies, warehouse management, oil spill experience, and a mechanical aptitude.
