Sales Manager (Marine Industry

Responsibilities: • Responsible for prospecting, qualification of new account, managing and maintaining good relationships with customers • Develop marketing strategies and sales programs. • Prepare proposals and negotiate with customers. • Ensure after sales services meet customers’ expectations. • Make product presentations up to board level • Report activities to the Chief Operations Officer Salary package : Attractive package Working hours : Mon – Fri and Sat am Location : Town Qualifications: Teledata Marine Systems provides a world-class suite of maintenance and management software solutions for the commercial maritime industry. The software is designed to streamline vessel management and operations and primary customers are ship owners and managers. Due to expansion, we are looking for a suitable candidate for this challenging position. The candidate: • The candidate should have a Maritime background or work in the Marine Industry. • They will have a minimum sales experience of 5 years in the maritime sector • They will have a technical background and be familiar with software products • They should be able to make presentations and negotiations at board level Job Requirements: • Degree / Diploma in Marine Engineering or related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and servicing the commercial marine industry is preferable • Experience in ship maintenance and / or management is an advantage • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills. • Excellent spoken English • Ability to travel
