Job Description
Responsibilities:
#1 Answer phones/receptionist
#2 Data Entry
#3 Cleaning, filing, organizing, answer phones(without having to be asked), help with the mail, data entry.
Qualifications:
Must be a US Citizen and have a High School Diploma.
Needs to have experience with Excel and Word. Typing at least 50words/min. is a requirement (tested upon interview). Applicant must be friendly, whitty, works well with others, be able to handle high stress situations with ease, and must be a self motivator for anything that needs done around the office: cleaning, filing, organizing, answer phones(without having to be asked).
