PROPOSALS ENGINEER

Responsibilities: Job Description Control and supervise preparation of tender proposals, plan work assignments within the framework of Company estimating and bidding procedures, determine amount of work to be subcontracted in association with operations Departments, participate in negotiations with clients at both pre and post tender stages and supervise preparation of material take-offs for pricing by the procurement unit. Qualifications: Qualification & Experience Candidate must be holding a BS in Mechanical Engineering from a reputable University and have proven competence in Oil & Gas Construction Industry (Onshore and Offshore) and good exposure to related commercial, contractual and legal aspects. Should have 6 year’s experience with 3 year’s on-site construction experience in the oil and gas sector and 3 year’s in estimation processes. Good command of English is a must.
