Customer Service Rep

Responsibilities: Responsible for updating daily container activity on spreadsheets and notifying customers of availability, making appointments with customers for deliveries and advising customers of any problems involving their deliveries. Qualifications: Experienced customer service rep needed for large Long Beach trucking company. Must be dependable, have great follow up skills, very detail oriented, have computer skills and be bilingual (Spanish). Excellent benefits, salary based on experience.
