Temporary Legal Advisor

Responsibilities: reviewing contracts within tenders, formulating subcontract, shipbuilding & agency agreements, managing contractual issues, providing legal support, assist with debt recovery, assist in contract negotiations Qualifications: The successful person will be qualified to LLB level, with at least 5 years experience in dealing with international contracts. Have excellent spoken and written English and legal drafting skills. Preferably with an oil or shipping background.
