Job Description
Responsibilities:
Devise and implement the most economical voyage plan consistent with customer quality requirements for each assigned ship through the commerical utilization of cargo operations.
Qualifications:
Minimum third mate license (ocean, unlimited tonnage). Adequate sea experience as a Tanker Deck Officer. Demonstrated knowledge and practice of technical and commercial considerations of cargo stowage planning.
