Job Description
Qualifications:
Basic professional profile:
<p>
1. Excellent knowledge of the civil construction industry in Texas. 5+ years experience in TXDot procedures and methods.
<p>2. Experience in major highway projects.
<p>3. Experience in estimating and quantity surveying.
<p>4. Capable of managing a design team and lead the estimation of the construction cost.
<p>5. Experience in a prime contractor company.
<p>
Other desirable capabilities:
<p>
<p>1. Technical higher education or membership of a professional institution.
<p>2. Experience in Design Build (DB) projects especially at bid stage.
<p>3. Right attitude and desire to succeed.
<p>4. Availability to travel and/or live across the US.
<p>5. Spanish language will be highly desired but not required.
<p>
Duties:

The required candidate will have a leading role in the estimation of the construction cost and program analysis in major highway bids.
