Job Description

Responsibilities: Unlicensed Junior Engineers stand engine room watch, assist licensed engineers with control room operations and maintain the shipboard propulsion equipment and auxiliary machinery on all classes of MSC civil service crewed ships. Qualifications: Unlicensed Junior Engineer (Critical Rating) - The Unlicensed Junior Engineer is an unlicensed member of the ship's engine department crew and requires an endorsement of Unlicensed Junior Engineer or qualified member of the engine department of any rating on the U.S. Coast Guard Merchant Mariners Document. (Salary range: $26,718 to $34,302 plus overtime)
