1st Radio Electronics Technician

Responsibilities: 1st Radio Electronics Technician (Critical Rating) - Assigned as watch stander and operates and maintains the ship's military communication suite. Qualifications: Must possess a valid Merchant Mariners Document with entry grade endorsement and have Electronics Technician/Radio Room background. Must be eligible for a Top Secret security clearance. Requires Shipboard Radio Room Experience with working knowledge of one or more of the following a plus: Gateguard, USMTF, MDS, DMS, DPVS, NAVMACS, OTCIXS, SSIXS, BGIXS, SIPRNET, NIPRNET, JMCIS, JOTS, IFF, TACAN, INMARSAT, SITE TV, CMS/TPI. Prior Navy RM, IT, ET, OS, E6 and above with no electronic maintenance experience or Navy RM, IT, ET, ST, EW, AT, E5 and above with electronic maintenance experience are a plus for this position. (Salary range: $37,901 to $41,723 plus overtime)
