2nd Radio Electronics Technician (Critical Rating)

Responsibilities: 2nd Radio Electronics Technician (Critical Rating) - Operates and maintains the ship's military communication suites. Qualifications: Must possess a valid Merchant Mariners Document with entry grade endorsement and have Electronics/Radio Room background. Must be eligible to obtain a Top Secret security clearance. Must have basic knowledge of communications theory/principles and be familiar with use of computers. This is an entry level position with a basic knowledge required required in computers and communications. Training is available for those that display the aptitude to learn and the ambition to advance. (Salary range: $32,609 to $36,784 plus overtime)
