Asst. Manager – Customer Service

Responsibilities: The candidate should be a graduate with minimum 5 to 8 years experience in sales / customer service with a Freight Forwarder / Shipping line. Thorough knowledge of monitoring the shipments until arrival at destination, keeping track from pre-transaction to post-transaction of shipments, co-coordinating with all departments for proper communication network, identifying Sales leads and passing the same to the Marketing Department etc. includes in the job profile.
