Job Description
Responsibilities:
Observe, record, and report findings of Marine accidents.
Conduct follow-up investigations for cause and origin.
Conduct pre and post hire charter surveys. Write repair specifications for refurbishment and damage based upon regulatory standards applicable to certified marine equipment.
Qualifications:
US Citizen, Minimum 10 years experience in Inland Marine or related employment or Coast Guard background in Marine Safety. Knowledge of marine construction techniques and repair standards. Must be able to write concisely and clearly using proper terminology. A valid passport required. Digital photography and computer skills essential.
