Responsibilities: The candidate is responsible for Staffing, Recruiting, Career Management. He / She have to ensure implementing standard hiring practices to facilitate proper interviewing, offer of employment and applicants scrutiny. Management responsibilities includes ability to develop relationships with diverse employees and customers (Internal & External), knowledge of performance management cycle (Performance planning, development, feedback, career planning and evaluation).
