Engineering Project Manager VII

Responsibilities: Two openings exist for an experienced ENGINEERING PROJECT MANAGER. The candidate would act as a project manager for projects managed within the Engineering Department and for the engineering aspects of turn key hardware projects. This person would manage all aspects of the engineering team and would be the primary interface with industry clients and certifying agencies. For hardware projects, he would report to the Project Manager. Some travel will be required. Two individuals are required. The first is a specialist in the design of various mooring systems. Expertise and experience includes hydrodynamics, structural design, mechanical design, piping design, fabrication, installation and operations of mooring systems. The second is a specialist in oil production facilities, preferably with experience in the design of FPSO's. Expertise and experience should include process, piping, electrical, controls, structural, safety studies and operations. Qualifications: Profile: Graduate engineer with 10+ years experience in the applicable field. Experience as an engineering project manager for turn key projects with a contractor. Experience with project planning and administration. Experience on projects from concept through completion. Experience with multinational standards and industry practice.
