Responsibilities: The Experience Network 9615 S.E. 13th Street Vancouver, WA 98664 FAX: 360-896-2839 Email: edgccu@teleport.com Attn: Port Qualifications: The Marketing Manager reports to the Director of Operations and is reponsible for maintaining the Port's existing maritime business and for generating additional maritime business. This position requires a great deal of travel, both domestic and international, and an understanding and appreciation for doing business in foreign cultures. Candidates should have a bachelors degree in an appropriate field, or an equivalent combination of marketing education and experience, plus 7 to 10 years appropriate experience in marketing, foreign trade, traffic management or transportation. Candidates must be self starters and independent producers, able to be effective without a lot of staff support or supervision, able to be aggressive and prospect for new business. Also requires a people person, relationship builder, problem solver, team player, good communicator, and someone who is able to deal effectively with all levels of people.
