PROPOSAL ANALYST SR STF

Responsibilities: Provide overall leadership in the pursuit of strategic international opportunities, especially in the areas of Search and Rescue, Maritime Law Enforcement, and Coastal Surveillance. Identify opportunities, structure program to address customer needs, develop winning proposal, negotiate favorable contract, and provide follow-on support to program team after contract award. Qualifications: BS/BA in Engineering/Technical/Scientific, Business, or International Affairs Masters Degree or additional applicable education desirable Minimum 15 years experience in leadership positions in functional or program organization. Extensive international business experience required. Operational or technical background in maritime markets highly desirable, especially in the areas of Search and Rescue, maritime Law Enforcement, or Coastal Surveillance. Experience with foreign maritime government organizations highly desirable.
