Job Description

Responsibilities: Provide Human Resources leadership for Naval & Maritime Integrated Systems organization in San Diego, CA. In this assignment the employee will be an integral part of the management team helping to build strategy, improve organizational performance and develop organizational capability. Qualifications: Required Skills: Requires a Bachelors Degree with a minimum of 10 years related Human Resource Generalist experience. Experience with AAP, EEO and Compliance also required. A specialized background in organizational development and compensation is highly desired. Communications experience a plus. - Desired Skills: Must be knowledgeable about and have influence on other parts of the organization, be innovative and agile. Additionally, the employee must foster a strong customer satisfaction orientation, provide leadership, work collaboratively on teams and consult effectively and independently with all levels of the organization. - 7-10 years experience - Degree: Bachelors - Major(s): BS
