Principal Systems Engineer

Responsibilities: Perform interoperability testing of combat system programs, including: extraction of interoperability data; analysis of extracted data; identification of interoperability issues; and, determination of root-cause for observed interoperability problems. Analyze and/or write formal interoperability problem statements. Participate in system level test events at land based test sites and/or aboard naval ships (underway testing) during formal OPEVAL certification as well as Joint Interoperability Test testing. Participate in the installation & setup of MULTOTS equipment. Qualifications: Solid analytical skills. Experience with naval combat systems, MULTOTS, and COTS hardware. Experience with shipboard application and ship integration. Experience with naval interoperability testing and analysis. Experience with TADIL message standards. Experience with Cooperative Engagement Capability. Good understanding of systems engineering practices and methodologies.
