Responsibilities: Create, develop and manage a motivated, dynamic and efficient office team. Monitor and optimise the long-term results of the vessels. Plan, coordinate and monitor purchases, repairs, maintenance work and up-gradings. Negotiate terms and close new contracts with major suppliers, shipyards etc. Develop internal and external routines and communication. Qualifications: A proven leader, organiser and communicator. Analytical and bottom line oriented. A good businessman and negotiator. Equipped with a solid sense of judgement and responsibility.
