Area Manager, Bunker Procurement

Responsibilities: Responsibilities will include: purchasing bunkers for the fleet by seeking the lowest overall prices available in the market place, while reflecting creative management of the process; managing the financial and the operational risks associated with bunker procurement activities; monitoring available oil hedging instruments; and making recommendations regarding implementing improvements in systems and practices. Qualifications: The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of five years bunker industry experience, strong negotiation and decision-making skills, strong interpersonal skills and a high level of integrity.
