Job Description
Responsibilities:
The position requires extensive interaction with lightering support vessels, shoreside staff and customers.
Qualifications:
The qualified candidate must have an unlimited master license, seagoing experience on crude oil tankers, experience in lightering operations, be familiar with all laws and regulations regarding tanker traffic in US and international waters. Previous experience as an STS mooring master is preferred.
