General Manager, Ship Repair

Responsibilities: Primary responsibilities are to oversee and manage ship repair operations in the Port of Los Angeles and Port of Long Beach, including, but not limited to: direct supervision of work crews, planning & scheduling, profitability, customer development and customer service, labor relations, safety, procurement and inventory of spare parts, tools and equipment. Responsible for overseeing company contracts; making sure that company contractual obligations are being met through the delivery of our provided services while satisfying the customer's needs with respect to quality, response, and costs. We offer a generous benefit package, and salary DOE. Qualifications: Requires a minimum of 5 years experience in ship repair.
