Maintenance Authority Manager

Responsibilities: The Maintenance Authority Manager will manage the implementation and ongoing operations of TyCom's SeaHorse program. The primary focus of this job is to ensure all necessary system and contract requirements are coordinated with the ship operators to ensure First Class repair services. Support of this program will include project management during the implementation process, documentation organization, customer support and tracking maintenance spares. The scope of this job will expand to focus on technical issues including fault-locating techniques and familiarity with repair philosophies. Technical training will be available. It will occasionally be necessary to function as a 24-hour point of contact for fault notification and arrange cable ship mobilization. Qualifications: Overseas and domestic travel (sometimes on short notice) is estimated to be <20%. Four year degree or technical program certificate required. Maritime experience or technical background a plus
