Responsibilities: Develops innovative solutions to problems requiring regular use of analysis, evaluation, design and programming skills. Responsible for overall requirement design, implementation, testing and documentation tasks. Exercises considerable latitude in determining technical objectives of assignments. Qualifications: Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science plus 10 years experience, or 12 years direct, related experience in computer applications programming. A recognized authority with broad knowledge of specialty with ability to accomplish results and functions as an advisor in meeting schedules or in resolving complex problems. Well demonstrated presentation and document-ation skills and supervisory/management skills.
