Responsibilities: Requires a Bachelor's Degree plus 7 years experience, or 9 years direct, related experience. As a recognized authority with broad knowledge of specialty with ability to accomplish results and function as an advisor in meeting schedules or in resolving complex problems. Well demonstrated presentation and document skills Extensive knowledge and experience in a DoD environment with strong supervisory/management skills.
