FEASIBILITY ANALYST

Responsibilities: Performs research and analytical studies to assess the best use of Port property and real estate assets and assists with coordination of all aspects of Port commercial, maritime, industrial, public recreation and/or mixed-use public/private real estate development projects. Qualifications: : Requires a baccalaureate degree, experience in the use of a personal computer for word processing and spreadsheets and two years experience in analysis or planning real estate development projects.
