Pre-Sales Consultants

Responsibilities: The candidates should possess a degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Computer Science or related Engineering field, with no less than 3 years' experience in technical sales support. In addition, they must have an in-depth knowledge of the business fundamentals of logistics services and a good understanding of Internet Technology and experience in e-commerce solutions. As a critical member of the Sales team, you will analyse customers' business needs and assess the technical requirements to help secure deals. Coordinating with multiple parties, you will participate in close-loop corrective action, map business processes to IT solutions, conduct demonstrations and liaise with vendors and clients. Other responsibilities include requirements audit, consultancy, product briefings and supporting sales events.
