Job Description
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the management of accounts within the six-state Mid-Atlantic Region, you will maintain strong relantionships and explore additional business opportunities with existing customers. You will also be expected to manage the identification and solicitation of prospective clients within the region. Incumbent must develop and manage the region's sales organization and meet or exceed budjets. Overnight travel within the region will be required.
Qualifications:
You must have a Bachelor's degree; a through knowledge of the shipping, forwarding and logistics industry; and a demonstrated record of successful sales management. Candidates must be computer literate, self-motivated and possess the ability to maintain a high level of sales activity. Superior interpersonal, communication and presentation skills are essential for success.
