Responsibilities: . Qualifications: Minimum 2 years college or equivalent combination of experience and training, preferably in Marine Estimating. Applicant must have the ability to review specifications and drawings, formulate an outline of itemized work descriptions, and assign production manhours and material cost to each work item. Demonstrate ability to communicate in a team environment and to influence others to cooperate toward achieving desired results.
