Job Description
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate for this challenging position will be responsible for overseeing the scheduling and planning of over 2000 shipboard staff and ensuring they are in possession of all required training and certification documents. Position is directly involved with the long-term strategic planning and placement of staff according to vessel and manning requirements.
Qualifications:
Requires excellent communication skills with a BA/BS degree, cruise industry or maritime background with the ability to demonstrate good judgment and decision making. Experience in strategic planning and strong computer skills are a must. Bilingual preferred.
