Coordinator, Dispatch

Responsibilities: To coordinate the inland movement of containers/trailers between various origins and destinations. Seasoned knowledge of transportation equipment, terminology, and DOT regulations required. CICS experience preferred. Basic PC skills required. Experience assigning and dispatching moves to motor/rail carriers required. Effective communication and organizational skills. Qualifications: Formal training after high school and on-the-job training in related field. Minimum of three years experience of which two years must have been in an intermodal or dispatch function
