Southwest Alaska Pilots Association (SWAPA) is a Homer, Alaska-based marine pilotage organization providing compulsory vessel pilotage services throughout Southwest Alaska waters. Its licensed marine pilots guide commercial vessels through the region's challenging coastal and harbor approaches under the authority of the Alaska Board of Marine Pilots.
