An outstanding collection of watercolor paintings by Newport artist and proprietor Anne DuBose Joslin depicting significant contenders for the renowned "America's Cup" since the initial race in England in the mid 1800's. Also, a fine collection of watercolor paintings of Clipper Ships that were designed and built in the USA during the glorious days of tall ships and sail in the 19th century.

We are one of this country's oldest marine arts galleries, established in 1968, in historic Salem, Massachusetts. In 1992, we opened our second location at The Village on Venetian Bay in Naples, Florida.

Opened in 1991, the Museum offers a world-class collection of maritime art, models of historic sailing ships and a history of the Channel Coast and early 20th century development of Channel Islands Harbor and nearby Port Hueneme.
The Museum is open daily from 11 AM to 5 PM. Admission is free, but donations are
gratefully accepted. Knowledgeable docents are available to explain the exhibits. Special maritime educational programs are available for school children, including "at sea" activities aboard affiliated research and sail training vessels.
