In a historic move for the world of ice sculpting, Greenworks® Commercial has brought battery-powered tools to the prestigious World Ice Art Championships. For the first time ever, one team in the Multi Block Competition was exclusively equipped with Greenworks' next-generation 82V OPTIMUS chainsaws, showcasing the potential for sustainable, emissions-free equipment in this energy-intensive sport.
According to the press release, Greenworks' battery-powered chainsaws allowed the team to work more efficiently and quietly compared to traditional gas-powered tools.
