Travero, a subsidiary of Alliant Energy, has sold Logistics Park Dubuque to LOGISTEC, a leading North American marine terminal operator.

In a strategic move, Travero, a wholly owned subsidiary of Alliant Energy Corporation, has sold Logistics Park Dubuque (LPD) to LOGISTEC, a leading North American marine terminal operator. The transaction was facilitated by RJM & Company, LLC, who served as the exclusive financial advisor to Travero. Logistics Park Dubuque is a significant asset in the Midwest logistics landscape, offering multimodal transportation options and warehousing capabilities. The sale to LOGISTEC, a company known for its expertise in marine and logistics services, is expected to further enhance the park's capabilities and position it for future growth. 'This acquisition aligns with LOGISTEC's strategy to expand its footprint and diversify its service offerings across North America,' said Rodney Corrigan, President of LOGISTEC. 'Logistics Park Dubuque is a strategic asset that will complement our existing terminal operations and allow us to better serve our customers in the region.' The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed, but the deal is seen as a positive development for both Travero and LOGISTEC. Travero, as a subsidiary of Alliant Energy, can now focus on its core energy business, while LOGISTEC gains a valuable logistics hub to strengthen its presence in the Midwest. 'We are pleased to have worked with the Travero team on this important transaction,' said Ryan Maher, Managing Director at RJM & Company. 'The sale of Logistics Park Dubuque to LOGISTEC represents a great outcome for all parties involved and positions the asset for continued growth and success.' The maritime industry has seen increased activity in the logistics and supply chain space, as companies seek to optimize their operations and adapt to changing market dynamics. This transaction is a testament to the ongoing consolidation and strategic realignment within the sector.
