Orvana Minerals Corp. (TSX: ORV), a mining company with operations in Bolivia, has announced its financial and operating results for the first quarter of fiscal year 2026 (Q1 FY2026). The company also provided an update on its Oxides Stockpile Project at the Don Mario operation in Bolivia and issued guidance for the full fiscal year 2026.
According to the press release, Orvana's Q1 FY2026 results showed strong operational performance, with the company producing 18,241 gold equivalent ounces during the quarter. This represented a 12% increase compared to the same period in the previous fiscal year.
The company also reported that progress on the Oxides Stockpile Project at Don Mario remains on track. The project, which aims to process the existing oxide stockpile at the operation, is expected to extend the mine life and generate additional cash flow for Orvana. The company stated that it is on schedule to commence processing the stockpile in the second half of fiscal year 2026.
In terms of guidance, Orvana provided the following for FY2026:
- Gold equivalent production of 70,000 to 75,000 ounces
- All-in sustaining costs (AISC) of $1,050 to $1,150 per gold equivalent ounce
- Capital expenditures of $15 million to $20 million
