Chinese heavy equipment manufacturer Zoomlion reports over $1.2 billion in global equipment shipments to start 2026, delivering more than 15,000 units to customers in over 40 international markets.

Zoomlion Heavy Industry Science & Technology Co., Ltd. has announced a solid start to 2026, with the company reporting over $1.2 billion in global equipment shipments. According to the press release, Zoomlion delivered more than 15,000 units to customers in over 40 international markets. 'Zoomlion's strong performance to start the year underscores the company's growing global footprint and ability to meet demand across diverse end markets,' said Zoomlion CEO Li Jiangtao. 'As the world economy continues to recover, we are well-positioned to capitalize on infrastructure, construction, and other key growth opportunities worldwide.' The announcement from Zoomlion comes as the broader construction equipment and heavy machinery sector has seen increased activity and orders in recent months. Industry analysts point to a rebound in global construction and infrastructure projects as driving much of the demand. 'Zoomlion's results demonstrate the vitality of the global off-highway equipment market,' said Alex Stout, senior analyst at MarketsandResearch. 'With the off-highway plastics market alone projected to reach $13 billion by 2030, there is significant runway for leading manufacturers like Zoomlion to expand their international footprint and product portfolios.'
